Who we are

Digital Funnels LLC (“Digital Funnels”, “we”) operates Operig, a scheduling, dispatch, and payment platform used by home-service businesses. When you contact one of those businesses, we process your information on their behalf so they can schedule and complete your service.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, service address, a description of the appliance and problem you reported, appointment details, and the payment status of your service. Calls to the service line are recorded and transcribed so the business can confirm what was agreed. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our systems.

Text messages

We send transactional text messages about your service: a secure payment link, payment confirmation, appointment confirmation, a notice when your technician is on the way, and reminders. Message frequency depends on your service. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third party.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not cancel a scheduled service; the business will reach you by phone instead.

Who we share information with

The home-service business you contacted and the technician assigned to your visit. Service providers that operate parts of the platform — Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments, Twilio and Quo for calls and messages, ElevenLabs for the answering service, and Google for address validation — process information only to deliver these functions.

How long we keep it

Service records are retained while the business needs them for warranty, dispute, and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your information by contacting the business that served you or by emailing us at the address below; we will delete what is not required by law or an open financial obligation.
